Body Goals?? What???!

Ok, So let's talk about body issues.... A touchy subject to some right?

We all have some type of problem with our body type, how we look, how much weight we've gained or lost, how much weight we WANT to lose or gain. As women, this issue is SKRESS-FULL.

I'm always hearing, "You're so

skinny, why do you need to work out?" or " why are you even worried about your weight?". Girl. Losing weight isn't what I'm worried about. I've noticed that since I've become older, that my body is changing. I used to eat whole pizzas (by myself) and not even worry about the effect it may have on me in the long run. Now, I eat one slice, and feel like I've gained 45 pounds. My metabolism has definitely slowed down, and I can't eat everything off the shelf as I once could and not worry about the after effects. I know I'm on the lean side of the spectrum of body types but definitely not the healthiest. I need and I should change that!

Someone once said, if you don't like something, CHANGE IT. So, later this month, I'm planning on joining a workout boot camp . Not only will this challenge me physically, but it will also challenge me mentally. I am not the most disciplined when it comes to ANYTHING. I stop if I'm frustrated, if I'm not getting the results right away, or if I get bored. So this will definitely be a challenge! This boot camp will be a month long, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Let's see how this goes lol. I'll update you guys on my progress. No, I'm not trying to lose weight, because honestly, I'd be invisible if I did. But I do want to train my body. I also want to tone it up, I'm small, but I want to see my abs (I'm a visual person lol). Also, something I want to start getting used to is RUNNING. I'm asthmatic, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't stopped other asthmatic people like myself. I think I'll start slow and steady, maybe a lap a day just to get used to it. This sounds terrifying because it actually IS, but just the first step is a big step in making myself healthier.

So I said all of that to say this, be healthy and take care of your body. I'm not saying to be a health nut or gym rat. But be cautious of what goes into it, LOVE IT. It's the only one you get.

This process won't be a one week thing (something I must remember). It'll take time, patience, WATER, motivation, and determination. WE CAN DO IT.

If you want try it out with me, join in!! Comment below with your progress! I'd love to see and know I'm not alone in this!

-Sincerely Anstacia
